TOMMASI AMARONE is produced from the four Valpolicella grapevarieties (Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta), which arecultivated high on hillside terraces. The modern guyot high densitymethod of training the vines is used, and only the best and most matureclusters are selected for AMARONE.
