TASTING ROOM
In addition to our unique Tasting Machines, our Tasting Room serves over 500 rums, bourbons, whiskeys, scotches, gins, vodkas and liqueurs available for the sampling (full and half shots) at prices 50% or more below regular bar pricing. Need a mixer to go with your spirit sample purchase? No problem! We have them all so you can make your own drink! You can also purchase a bottle of wine or beer and drink them in our Tasting Room for no additional corkage fee. Since Island Time does not serve food at this time, feel free to bring in your own food or have it delivered by one of our local businesses.
