This lively wine opens with bright fruit aromas of raspberry, blackberry and cherry complimented by a hint of licorice. This medium-bodied wine features flavors of strawberry and blueberry with a well-balanced and long, satisfying finish. 
Red fruits of raspberry and bing cherry come forward on the nose, followed by aromas of anise, exotic spices of cardamom, and plum pudding. Very soft and supple on the mouth, with ripe, juicy tannins. Strawberry notes are vivid on the palate, and are intermingled with hints of cedar and a subtle tobacco finish.
